Can You Add Mods to Un-inscribable Shields? - Guild Wars Forums

I've got a purple req. 7 Strength, 16AL Defender that I got in proph (I think it's -3 while enchanted), and I was wondering whether it would be possible to add an 'of X' mod onto it? Either way, what would it go for (I know this question's in the wrong forum, but I don't see the point in making two threads)?

No you cannot.

You can only add mods to shields/offhands from NF/GWEN.

You'd still get more traffic from those that frequent the price check forum though, so it would still be a good idea to post it in there.

That's what I suspected, thanks for confirmation. As for the price, I doubt it's worth much more than merchant price, even at its low requirement, so I don't think I'll bother.

if it is indeed -3 while enchanted and req7... you'd be rich beyond belief. Mainly cause I've never heard of a -3 while enchanted.

It's either -2 while enchanted or -3 while hexed.
